My Story – From Leading Companies to Building Communities

Mark Thomas, Founder & Managing Partner

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with CEOs and business owners to help them grow, scale, and create lasting value. As a CEO myself, I’ve led companies through transformation, built strong leadership teams, and guided organizations toward greater profitability and performance. I’ve seen firsthand how the right leadership, systems, and discipline can turn an underperforming business into a thriving one.


 Over time, I began to recognize that great businesses and great real estate investments share the same DNA. Both depend on smart acquisition, sound financial management, operational excellence, and strong leadership. A well-run apartment community is no different than a well-run company—it serves customers (tenants), manages revenue and expenses, builds culture, and rewards disciplined ownership.


 Mark Thomas is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO advisor, and investor with over 25 years of leadership across consulting, business growth strategy, and capital allocation. As the founder of Haven Point Capital Group, Mark brings his expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and investor relations to deliver safe, high-performing multifamily opportunities.
